新能源学院简介
新能源学院是开云网站（中国）有限公司,与鄂尔多斯市共建的二级教学科研单位，坐落于鄂尔多斯市高新技术产业开发区。学院锚定新能源领域科技创新策源地、人才培养高地和产教融合示范地的办学定位，面向自治区新能源产业布局，聚焦鄂尔多斯打造“四个世界级产业”，在本硕博全层次培养具有国际视野的高素质应用研究型人才，为建设国家重要能源和战略资源基地提供人才支持和智力支撑。
学院拥有动力工程及工程热物理、化学工程与技术2个一级学科博士点；电气工程、动力工程、清洁能源技术、储能技术4个能源动力类工程硕士培养领域；新能源科学与工程、能源与动力工程、电气工程及其自动化等3个国家级一流本科专业建设点。现有“风能太阳能利用技术教育部重点实验室”“大规模储能技术教育部工程研究中心”“轻金属材料开发与加工防护教育部工程研究中心”“内蒙古自治区新型储能技术与装备重点实验室”“内蒙古自治区风电技术与检测工程技术研究中心”等省部级以上科研平台，同时积极响应自治区号召，正在建设中试基地。
根据工作需要，现面向海内外公开招聘新能源学院执行院长、副院长，具体事宜公告如下：
一、应聘条件
（一）基本条件

3.具有正常履行职责的身体和心理条件。
（二）岗位条件
1.学科专业条件：具有海内外著名高校、研究所或实验室新能源相关学科工科专业背景，具有良好的学术声誉和社会影响力。
2.资历要求：具有博士研究生学历，且在新能源相关领域从事管理或科研工作，年龄一般不超过45周岁。具有海外经历且熟悉新能源领域管理工作的可适当放宽条件。
3.素质要求：具有国际学术视野，入选国家人才工程的优先考虑。
（三）有下列情形之一者不能参加应聘
1.违反政治纪律和政治规矩的。
2.上一年度考核结果为基本称职（或基本合格）以下等次的。
3.受到诫勉、组织处理或者党纪政务处分等影响期未满或者期满影响使用的。
4.规定不得聘用的其他情形的人员。
二、聘期及待遇
1.实行聘任制，首次聘期为五年，其中试用期一年。
2.年薪100-200万元，安家费80-250万元，科研启动经费最高
3000万元（具体面议）。
3.按相关人才引进政策解决住房和科研启动经费问题，并根据配偶学历等条件安置相应工作、协调子女入学相关事宜。
三、招聘程序
（一）报名

1.按照网站提示准确填写个人应聘信息，并在报名网站提交下列材料：本人有效身份证件（正反面）；从大学开始的学历、学位证书，学信网学历电子注册备案表，获得国（境）外学历学位的，须提供教育部留学服务中心出具的《国（境）外学历学位认证书》，专业技术资格证书，获奖证书、专利成果、专业成果、项目成果、近三年工作总结或述职报告、《个人诚信承诺书》电子版扫描件；

Executive Dean and Vice Dean Sought for IMUT College of Renewable Energy
Inner Mongolia University of Technology (IMUT) is inviting engineering educational talents to join in the faculty of our newly established College of Renewable Energy (CRE)
Inner Mongolia University of Technology (IMUT), located in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China, is a technical university offering bachelor, master and doctoral degrees in engineering, science, humanities, economics, law, management and art. With a faculty of 1522 and a total enrolment of 27800, the University consists of 19 colleges and centers, offering 66 undergraduate bachelor programs, 40 master’s programs and 6 doctors’ programs, of which 20 undergraduate programs are ranked national top-quality programs and 10 are ranked regional top-quality programs. IMUT has three postdoctoral research centers in Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Mechanics, and its engineering disciplines are in the top 1% of ESI.
College of Renewable Energy（CRE）
College of Renewable Energy, located in Ordos High-tech Industrial Park, is established by Inner Mongolia University of Technology under the support of Ordos City to serve the ever-increasing professional work force demand for the booming renewable energy industries in the region, as an answer to the Central government and Inner Mongolia government’s commitments to carbon emission reduction and transmission to renewable energies. The mission of the College is to provide professional experts and intellectual support for Ordos to develop into a renewable energy industrial base with 4 world class renewable energy industries by fostering technical innovation, engineering education, demonstrating new renewable applications and promoting university-industry collaboration.
The college offers 3 national rated top-quality bachelor degree in renewable energy science and engineering, energy and power engineering, and electrical engineering and automation. It offers 4 master's degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, clean energy technology, energy storage technology, and 2 doctoral degree in power engineering and chemical. The College also has a number of scientific research centers, including Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education for Wind and Solar Energy Utilization Technology, Engineering Research Centre of the Ministry of Education for Large Scale Energy Storage Technology, Engineering Research Centre of the Ministry of Education for Light Metal Materials Development and Processing Protection, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Key Laboratory of New Energy Storage Technology and Equipment, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Wind Power Technology and Testing Engineering Research Centre. I. Requirements
A. Basic requirements

B. Position-specific qualifications
1. Applicants should have a background in engineering related to the energy science from well-known universities or research institutes. Additionally, they should possess a strong academic reputation and significant social influence.
2. Applicants should hold a doctoral degree and have managerial or research work experience in the field of energy sciences with a typical age under 45. For those with overseas experience and familiarity with managing experience in renewable energy sectors, the age limit can be relaxed.
3. Applicants should possess an international academic perspective.
C. Conditions for Ineligibility
1. Applicants are ineligible for the positions if they have violated political discipline and rules.
2. Applicants are ineligible if their performance appraisal results for the previous year were rated as “barely qualified” or below.
3. Applicants in the period of punishment or in other prohibited situations are ineligible.

II. Salary and benefits
1. This is a tenure-tracking position with the initial term of five years.
2. Annual salary range RMB 1-2 million, housing allowance RMB 0.8-2.5 million, and a research start-up fund of RMB 30 million in maximum.
3. Family members’ arrangements will be made based on the spouse’s qualifications for work, and children’s school enrollment can be coordinated.
